Preload Timing Chain

Install chain tensioner

Replace chain tensioner.
Parts: Chain tensioner
Replace sealing ring (1).
Parts: Sealing ring

Tighten chain tensioner piston with the tool.

Install the chain tensioner (1) from the top.
Tighten the chain tensioner (1) from the bottom using the tool (2).

TIGHTENING TORQUE SPECIFICATION

Chain tensioner to cylinder head
1. Joining torque		20 Nm
2. Angle of rotation		30°
