Normal Operation Check

  1. With ignition switch in "OFF" or "LOCK" position, press "DOOR" button on transmitter; all doors should lock and theft deterrent system should arm. Press "UNLOCK" button on transmitter; driver's door should unlock and theft deterrent system should disarm. Press "UNLOCK" button again; remaining 3 doors should unlock.
  2. Press luggage compartment lid release button on transmitter; luggage compartment lid should release. With ignition switch in "RUN" position and all doors closed, move gear selector lever to all positions except "PARK"; all doors should lock. Move gear selector lever to "PARK"; all doors should unlock.
  3. With driver's door open, move gear selector lever to all positions except "PARK". Repeat action with each door, one at a time; all doors should remain unlocked.
