Both Mirrors Do Not Move Manually

NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform appropriate MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING  to verify system is functioning properly.
  1. Perform POWER MIRROR MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go to next step.
  2. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch Black, 16-pin connector terminal "A" (Orange wire) and ground. If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 9).
  3. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "J" (Black wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go tostep 10).
  4. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "S" (Yellow wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go tostep 11).
  5. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "M" (Light Blue wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 11).
  6. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror module Blue, 32-pin connector C1, terminal C6 (Yellow wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go tostep 12).
  7. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror module connector C1, terminal D6 (Light Blue wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 13).
  8. Replace memory seat/mirror module. See MEMORY SEAT/MIRROR MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  9. Repair open in Orange wire between memory seat/mirror switch and right rear junction block.
  10. Repair open in Black wire between memory seat/mirror switch connector and ground.
  11. Replace memory seat/mirror switch. See POWER SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  12. Repair open in Yellow wire between memory seat/mirror switch connector 504 and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
  13. Repair open in Light Blue wire between memory seat/mirror switch connector and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
