Left Outside Mirror Does Not Move Manually

NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform appropriate MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK under TROUBLE SHOOTING  to verify system is functioning properly.
  1. Perform POWER MIRROR MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go to next step.
  2. Using mirror select switch, select left mirror. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch Black, 16-pin connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "D" (Light Green wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 7).
  3. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "B" (White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go tostep 7).
  4. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminal "A" (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror control Blue, 32-pin connector C1, terminal C8 (Light Green wire). See Figure . If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 8).
  5. Using test light, backprobe between memory seat/mirror switch connector terminal "A" (Orange wire) and memory seat/mirror module connector C1, terminal D11 (White wire). If test light illuminates, go to next step. If test light does not illuminate, go to step 9).
  6. Replace memory seat/mirror module. See MEMORY SEAT/MIRROR MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  7. Replace memory seat/mirror switch. See POWER SWITCHES  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  8. Repair open in Light Green wire between memory seat/mirror switch connector and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
  9. Repair open in White wire between memory seat/mirror switch connector and memory seat/mirror module connector C1.
