Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the intake duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Intake Duct Replacement .
    2. Fig 1: View of Air Cleaner Element Cover, Air Filter Element and Retaining Clips

  2. Release the air cleaner element cover by lifting up on the retaining clips (2).
  3. Remove the air cleaner element cover (3)
  4. Remove the air filter element (1).
