Installation Procedure

  1. GM6016190

    Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (1) - Install

  2. Connect the electrical connector.

    Quarter Lower Rear Trim Panel (1) - Install

  4. GM5922858

    Rear Seat Belt Retractor (2) - Install

    5. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  5. Rear Seat Belt Retractor Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    NOTE:

    Left side shown, right side similar.

    Rear Side Door Sill Garnish Molding (1) - Install

  7. GM5939859

    Rear Seat Back Cushion (1) - Install - Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (40 Percent Seat) , or Rear Seat Back Cushion Removal and Installation (60 Percent Seat) - 60%

    NOTE:

    Body Lock Pillar Upper Trim Panel (2) - Install

  9. Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
  10. Close the quarter window trim finish panel bolt cap.

    Connect the electrical connector.

  12. Rear Compartment Courtesy Lamp (1) - Install

    Cargo Tie Down Loop- Right Side (2) - Remove

  14. Cargo Tie Down Loop Fastener- Right Side (1) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Liftgate Sill Garnish Molding (1) - Install

  16. GM5985177

    Load Floor Stowage Compartment Cover (1) - Install

  17. GM5985149

    Luggage Shade (1) - Install

    1. Install the luggage shade straps to the luggage shade pivot on both sides.
    2. Close the liftgate.
