Ignition System Check: Notes
NOTE:
Before making the following tests, obtain a spark tester (ST-125). If tachometer is connected to ignition coil "TACH" terminal, disconnect it before performing tests. Use a digital voltmeter with 10 megohms or greater impedance.
CAUTION:
When removing a spark plug wire from a spark plug, twist boot on spark plug and pull on boot NOT on wire to remove.
