Codes P021 and P022 not set. TP sensor does not change more than 1.0 degree for 1.01 seconds. Engine speed does not change more than 500 RPM for 1.01 seconds. EGR does not change more than 4 percent for 1.01 seconds. A/C clutch not commanded on or off. Traction control not active and PCM receiving reference pulses from ICM at least every .3 seconds.
