Changing IPC Override Display

CAUTION: If any override values are changed without following the correct procedure, DTC B1557 may set. This DTC cannot be cleared, and IPC must be replaced. If OFF button is pressed and IPC displays IPC CLEAR CODE message, exit vehicle diagnostic system and start over. This will reset original override values and prevent DTC B1557 from setting.

To change override value, add value of new feature to displayed override value. See OVERRIDE DISPLAY VALUES table. To increase override value displayed in trip odometer, press warmer (Red bar) button (digital cluster) or passenger warmer (up arrow) button (analog cluster). To decrease override value displayed in trip odometer, press cooler (Blue bar) button (digital cluster) or passenger cooler (down arrow) button (analog cluster).
To permanently store new override value, perform the following for about 5 seconds until new override value flashes once: On digital cluster, press and hold front defrost (symbol) and AUTO/ECON buttons. On analog cluster, press and hold front defrost (symbol) and A/C buttons.
