Test 5: Right Rear Window Express Feature Inoperative

  1. If power window system check was performed, go to next step. If power window system check was not performed, perform system check. See SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING.
  2. If right rear window regulator motor operates properly from right rear window switch, go to step  4 . If right rear window regulator motor does not operate properly from right rear window switch, go to next step.
  3. Go to TEST 11: RIGHT REAR WINDOW INOPERATIVE FROM RIGHT REAR SWITCH  . After repair is complete, go to step  7 .
  4. Program right rear window regulator motor. See WINDOW MOTOR  under PROGRAMMING. When programming is complete, go to next step.
  5. If right rear window regulator motor express up and down operates properly, system is okay. If right rear window regulator motor express up and down does not operate properly, go to next step.
  6. Replace right rear window regulator motor. See WINDOW REGULATOR & MOTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. After repair is complete, go to next step.
  7. Connect all connectors and components that were disconnected. Verify right rear window express up and down feature operates properly. If right rear window express up and down feature does not operate properly, go to step  1 .
