Window Regulator: Installation

  1. Install regulator in door with three mounting bolts and tighten to 80 INCH lbs. (9 N.m). Connect electrical connector. Ensure rubber insulators are properly attached to window regulator.
  2. Carefully raise window regulator to full up position, engaging window. Remove tape from window and lower window approximately 2". Seat window in rear channel. Adjust window forward 5/64-1/8" (2-3 mm). Tighten window clamp bolts to 95 INCH lbs. (11 N.m).
  3. Disconnect window switch and Module. Reverse removal procedure to complete installation.
