Keyless entry system is a supplementary vehicle entry device. Use the keyless entry system in conjunction with a door lock key. Radio frequencies or discharged batteries may disable system. Keyless entry allows remote operation of door locks, rear compartment lid release, illuminated entry lamps and panic alarm (instant alarm). Main components of keyless entry system are, remote transmitters and Remote Control Door Lock Receiver (RCDLR). When button on remote transmitter is pressed, transmitter sends a signal to the RCDLR. RCDLR interprets signal and activates requested function via a class 2 serial data message over serial data line.
