Installation Procedure

  1. Install a stationary window into the opening. Refer to Urethane Adhesive Installation of Stationary Windows 
  2. Install the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to TRIM PAD REPLACEMENT - INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) .
  3. Install the rearview mirror. Refer to Rearview Mirror Replacement 
  4. Install the rain sensor. Refer to WINDSHIELD OUTSIDE MOISTURE SENSOR REPLACEMENT .
  5. Install the windshield side reveal moldings. Refer to Windshield Side Reveal Molding Replacement 
  6. Install the door sealing weather strip.
  7. Install the air inlet grille. Refer to AIR INLET GRILLE PANEL REPLACEMENT .
  8. Install the windshield wipers arms. Refer to WIPER ARM REPLACEMENT (LHD) or WIPER ARM BLADE REPLACEMENT (RHD) .
  9. Remove the double layer of masking tape around the perimeter of the painted surfaces and the interior trim.
  10. Close the hood.
