Removal Procedure

  1. Turn OFF the ignition.
  2. Remove the I/P compartment. Refer to COMPARTMENT REPLACEMENT -- INSTRUMENT PANEL (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
  3. Carefully depress the retainers on the traction control switch (2).
  4. Remove the traction control switch (2) from the I/P compartment.
  5. Remove the electrical connector (1) from the traction control switch (2).
