Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Installing New Air Filter Element

  1. Install the new air filter element.
  2. Install the air cleaner housing cover.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.

  3. Tighten the air cleaner housing cover screws (1).

    Tighten:  Tighten the air cleaner housing cover screws to 3 N.m (27 lb in).

  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct and screw clamps (1,2). Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
