Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Disabling
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle
  3. Remove and plug the generator control module inlet and outlet hoses (2), refer to Generator Control Module Coolant Outlet Hose Replacement (Inlet) and/or Generator Control Module Coolant Outlet Hose Replacement (Outlet)

  4. Electrical Connector (1)» Disconnect [3x]
    NOTE: Do not contaminate electrical connectors with coolant.
  5. Drive Motor Battery Charger Fastener (1)» Remove [2x]

  6. Drive Motor Battery Charger Fastener (2)» Remove [2x]
  7. Drive Motor Battery Charger (3)» Remove
