Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Disabling
  2. Drain the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  3. Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose (2) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump» Remove - Drive Motor Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Hose Replacement

  5. Electrical Connector @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump» Disconnect
  6. Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Bracket Nut (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Pump Bracket» Remove [2x]
