Installation Procedure

  1. Generator Control Module Coolant Tank Hose (2) @ Heater Inlet Pipe Connector» Install

  2. Generator Control Module Coolant Tank Hose Retainer (1) @ Generator Control Module Coolant Tank Hose (2)» Engage
  3. Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator (1)» Install - Generator Control Module Coolant/Air Separator Replacement

  4. Fill the power electronics and auxiliary radiator cooling system. Refer to Power Electronics and Auxiliary Radiator Drain and Fill (LTG HP9) 
  5. Enable the high voltage system. Refer to High Voltage Enabling
  6. Start the engine and check for coolant leaks.
