Removal Procedure

  1. Disable the high voltage system. High Voltage Disabling
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle

    Remove and plug the generator control module inlet and outlet hoses (2), refer to Generator Control Module Coolant Outlet Hose Replacement (Inlet)Generator Control Module Coolant Outlet Hose Replacement (Outlet)

    4. NOTE:

    Do not contaminate electrical connectors with coolant.

  4. Electrical Connector (1) - Disconnect [ 3x]

  6. Drive Motor Battery Charger Fastener (1) - Remove [ 2x]
  7. Drive Motor Battery Charger Fastener (2) - Remove [ 2x]
  8. Drive Motor Battery Charger (3) - Remove
