Removal Procedure

WARNING:

Refer to SIR Warning .

Disable the SIR system. SIR Disabling and Enabling

NOTE:
Left side shown, right side similar.

Fold the rear seat back to the downward position.
Use a flat bladed plastic trim tool to remove the quarter window trim finish panel bolt cap (1) on the right side.
Quarter Window Trim Finish Panel Bolt- Right Side (2) - Remove
Disengage the retainers, starting at the front and working rearward.

NOTE:

The Quarter Upper Trim Panel does not need to be fully removed from the vehicle.

Quarter Upper Trim Panel- Right Side (3) - Reposition

Using a suitable plastic trim tool, release the retaining tabs.
Disconnect the electrical connector.
Remote Function Actuator Module (1) - Remove
