Control Lever Position Sensor

  1. Connect voltmeter to "Blue/Yellow" (positive) and "Blue/Red" (ground) color coded terminals without disconnecting the control lever position sensor connector.
  2. Move control lever so clearance between control lever and idle stopper is .275" (7 mm). Control lever sensor is normal if voltage is 3.3-4.4 volts, after starting engine. If not, replace sensor.
