Electronic Control Module (ECM)

The ECM is located under the glove box. The ECM has self diagnosis capability that allows for troubleshooting the system through a check engine light. The check engine light on the dash will illuminate to inform driver of a system malfunction. The ECM stores a maximum of 3 system malfunction, and will display problem(s) via a 2 digit code displayed by the check engine light.
