Electronic Control Module (ECM)

The ECM is located under dash left of steering column. The ECM has self-diagnosis capability which allows for trouble shooting the system through a check engine light. The check engine light on the dash will illuminate to inform driver of a system malfunction. The ECM stores system malfunction, and will display problem via a 2-digit code displayed by the check engine light.
