On-Vehicle Testing: Notes
WARNING:
Vehicles are equipped with air bag supplemental restraint system. CAUTION:
When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION before disconnecting battery.
NOTE:
Before making system tests, visually inspect all terminals for clean, tight connections. Ensure all system related fuses are okay. Ensure battery is in good condition and is fully charged prior to testing system.
