Installation Procedure

  1. Install the remote control door lock receiver (2) to the mounting bracket (3). Secure the receiver with 2 screws (1).

  2. Connect the receiver electrical connector (3).
  3. Install the 2 retainers (2, 4) which secure the remote control door lock receiver electrical connector (3).

    NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
  4. Reposition the receiver bracket (2) back to its original position. Secure the receiver bracket with the retaining nut (1).

    Tighten 

    1. Tighten the remote control door lock receiver bracket nut to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  5. Reprogram the remote control door lock receiver. Refer to TRANSMITTER PROGRAMMING .
