Installation Procedure

  1. Install the exhaust muffler.
  2. Connect the exhaust muffler rear hanger insulators to the exhaust muffler.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the exhaust muffler to the intermediate pipe.

    Tighten:  Tighten the exhaust muffler nuts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  4. Lower the vehicle.
  5. Inspect the exhaust system for leaks and underbody contact.
