Installation Procedure

    IMPORTANT: Locate the opening in the retaining guide block (1).
  1. Install the inside handle rod to the retaining guide block (1), push inward to secure the rod.

  2. Install the front door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Impala)  or Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door (Monte Carlo) , or install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Rear Door .
