| Condition | A technician may replace an ECM (Engine Control Module) part # 19300014. After installation when they attempt to program the module programming will fail. Error codes E4492, E4423 or others may set. |

CORRECTION
If ECM part # 19300014 is installed and programming cannot be completed order another ECM.
Defective stock has been removed so parts will not be available.
Have the parts department place a SPAC case on the part.
Updated parts should become available sometime in the middle of February, 2021.
