Removal Procedure

  1. Place the ignition switch in the OFF position.
  2. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
    3. Fig 1: Trailer Brake Power Control Module Nuts

  3. Disconnect the trailer brake power control module electrical connector.
  4. Remove the trailer brake power control module nuts (1).

  5. Remove the trailer brake power control module (1) from the bracket.
