Installation Procedure

    Drive Motor Battery Charger (1) - Install

    Drive Motor Battery Charger Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

  3. Drive Motor Battery Charger Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications

    Drive Motor Power Inverter Module Cooling Inlet Hose (2) - Install

  5. Drive Motor Control Module Radiator Outlet Hose (3) - Install
  6. Hose Clamp (1) - Engage [2x]

    High Voltage Electrical Connector (1) - Connect [2x]

  8. Electrical Connector (2) - Connect

    Engine Wiring Harness Bracket (3) - Install

  10. Wiring Harness Retainer (2) - Install [2x]
  11. Engine Wiring Harness Bracket Bolt (1) - Install and tighten [3x] - Fastener Specifications

    Connect the 4 high voltage cable connectors (1).

  21. Battery Negative Cable Extension Cable (2) - Install

    Position the radiator surge tank and bracket (3).

  34. Radiator Surge Tank Bracket Nut (2) - Install and tighten - Fastener Specifications
