Emergency Jacking

Scissors jack receptacles are located at body sills. DO NOT use floor jack at scissors jack locations. Check scissors jack flange is in contact with body sill and jack is engaged in body sill receptacle (except Aries, LeBaron, Reliant, 600, E Class and New Yorker). Ensure scissors jack engages with locator pin on body sills on Aries, LeBaron, Reliant, 600, E Class and New Yorker. Always block opposite wheels and jack on level surface.
