System Relay Circuit

NOTE: For connector terminal identification, see CONNECTOR IDENTIFICATION. For wiring diagram, see wiring diagram.
  1. Using scan tool in voltmeter mode, check voltage on Brown/Black wire at ABS relay connector. If reading is less than one volt, go to TEST 16C. If reading is more than one volt, go to next step.
  2. Turn ignition off. Disconnect CAB 60-pin connector. Inspect, clean and repair connector as necessary. Using scan tool, check voltage on Brown/Black wire at ABS relay connector. If reading is less than one volt, replace CAB. Perform TEST VER-1A. If reading is more than one volt, repair short to power in Brown/Black wire. Perform TEST VER-1A.
