Speedometer Test
CAUTION:
DO NOT operate clutch suddenly or vary speed rapidly during testing.
Ensure tire pressure is correct. Position front wheels of vehicle on speedometer tester drum. Chock rear wheels. On FWD models, apply parking brake. On all models, attach a chain to rear tie-down holes located in rear of wheelwell. Ensure speedometer range is within specification. See SPEEDOMETER SPECIFICATIONS table. If ranges are not as specified, replace speedometer.
