Basic diagnosis of fuel system should begin with determining fuel system pressure.
WARNING:
ALWAYS relieve fuel pressure before disconnecting any fuel injection-related component. See appropriate RELIEVING FUEL PRESSURE procedure. DO NOT allow fuel to contact engine or electrical components.
