Hazard Lights Fail To Flash

Possible Causes:

Testing

  1. Turn hazard lights on. If hazard lights operate properly, replace BCM. See BODY CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. If hazard lights do not operate properly, go to next step.
  2. Turn hazard lights off. Substitute a known-good combination flasher. Turn hazard lights on. If hazard lights operate properly, replace combination flasher. If hazard lights do not operate properly, repair hazard lights as necessary. See EXTERIOR LIGHTS in appropriate SYSTEM WIRING DIAGRAMS article in ELECTRICAL.
