Power Mirrors

Disconnect power mirror switch connector. See POWER MIRROR SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Connect one end of a jumper wire to a 12-volt source and other end to specified power mirror connector terminals (mirror side). See POWER MIRROR MOTOR TEST  table. Connect one end of another jumper wire to a good ground and other end to specified power mirror connector terminals (mirror side). If mirror does not operate as specified, check for open or shorted circuit between power mirror connector and power mirror. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If circuits are okay, replace power mirror assembly. See POWER MIRROR ASSEMBLY  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.

(1) See Fig 1 for connector terminal identification.
(2) Right Mirror Door 6-pin connectors are located at leading edge of both front doors. See Figure .
(3) Used for mirror heater. No mirror movement will be observed.
