UPSTOP Switch

Using an ohmmeter, check for continuity between upstop switch connector terminals No. 1 and 2 with clutch pedal fully released. See Fig 1 and Fig 2 Continuity should exist. Check for continuity between switch connector terminals with clutch pedal fully depressed. Continuity should not exist. If continuity is not as specified, replace upstop switch.
