Universal Transmitter

If the Universal Transmitter is inoperative, but the CMTC is operating normally, see UNIVERSAL TRANSMITTER  in PROGRAMMING for retraining of the Universal Transmitter. If the unit is inoperative, replace the faulty transmitter and EVIC module as a unit. If both the transmitter and EVIC module are inoperative, see ELECTRONIC VEHICLE INFORMATION CENTER TEST  .
