Starter Fails To Operate
- Battery Discharged Or Faulty: Charge and replace if required.
- Starting Circuit Wiring Faulty: Test and repair if required. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
- Ignition Switch Faulty: Test and replace if required.
- Park/Neutral Position Switch Faulty Or Misadjusted: Test and replace if required.
- Starter Solenoid Faulty: Test and replace if required. See STARTER SOLENOID under COMPONENT TESTING.
- Starter Motor Faulty: Check components, if ok, then replace motor assembly. See STARTER MOTOR under COMPONENT TESTING.
