Upstream O2 Sensor

  1. Apply anti-sieze compound to the threaded portion of the O2 sensor.
  2. Install the O2 sensor (1). Tighten to 50 N.m (37 ft. lbs.).

  3. Connect the O2 sensor harness connector.
  4. Install the air cleaner housing. See 3.2L V6 article.
  5. Connect the negative battery cable.
