Remove memory selector switch. See MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION. Check resistance of switch when pressing buttons. See MEMORY SELECTOR SWITCH RESISTANCE table. If continuity is not as specified, replace switch.
