Charging System: Generator: Removal: 3.5L

Disconnect battery negative cable.
Remove the engine cover.
Remove the generator drive belt.
Remove the B+ terminal nut and wire. See Fig 1.
Disconnect the generator field circuit wiring connector. See Fig 1. Push the RED locking tab to release.

Remove the upper mounting bracket. See Fig 2.

Remove the 2 lower mounting bolts. See Fig 3.
Remove generator.
