HEATER, Engine Block: Installation: 3.6L
- Thoroughly clean cylinder block heater cavity.
- Insert heater assembly (1) into block (2) with mounting hole is located below heater terminals.
- Install mounting screw and tighten to 12 N.m (105 in. lbs.).CAUTION:
To prevent damage, the power cord must be secured in its retainer clips, and not positioned so it could contact linkages or exhaust manifolds.
- Attach power cord to heater.
- Install the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, Installation .
- Lower vehicle.
