HEATER, Engine Block: Removal: 3.6L

  1. Raise vehicle on hoist.
  2. Remove the A/C compressor. Refer to COMPRESSOR, A/C, Removal .
  3. Detach power cord plug from block heater (1).
  4. Remove block heater attaching screw located below heater terminals.
  5. Remove block heater from cylinder block (2).
