1 - WATER PUMP PULLEY

2 - BOLT

3 - WATER PUMP

4 - WATER PUMP HOUSING

5 - NUT

6 - WATER PUMP RETURN TUBE

Position the water pump assembly (3) into the water pump housing (4).
Install the mounting bolts (2). Tighten the bolts to 24 N.m (18 ft. lbs.).
Install the water pump pulley (1). Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 in lbs.).
Install the drive belt splash shield.
Lower the vehicle.
Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, INSTALLATION .
Connect the negative battery terminal.
Evacuate air and refill cooling system. Refer to PUMP, WATER, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
Check cooling system for leaks. Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
