Fuel Pump Module: Operation

The fuel pump module contains the following:

1. Electric fuel pump
2. Fuel pump reservoir
3. Inlet strainer
4. Fuel filter/pressure regulator
5. Fuel gauge sending unit
6. Fuel supply line connection

The inlet strainer, fuel pressure regulator and fuel level sensor are the only serviceable items. If the fuel pump requires service, replace the fuel pump module.
