Radiator, Engine Cooling: Removal: Gas

- Disconnect negative cable from battery.
- Drain the cooling system Refer to STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Remove coolant recovery container. Refer to BOTTLE, COOLANT RECOVERY, REMOVAL .
- Remove the radiator fan. Refer to FAN, COOLING, REMOVAL .
- Remove upper and lower radiator hoses (1, 2).
- Remove the grill. Refer to GRILLE, REMOVAL

- Remove upper radiator crossmember and position out of way. Refer to CROSSMEMBER, RADIATOR, REMOVAL
.
- Remove screw that secures the condenser taping block to the radiator located in the right corner of the engine compartment.
- Disengage the condenser retaining tabs
- Disengage the radiator retaining tabs.
- Lift radiator out of vehicle.
