Injector Test with Engine Stopped

  1. Disconnect injector connectors. Remove fuel rail and injectors as an assembly. Use Injector Clamp (KM.01 ) to hold injectors in fuel rail during test. See Fig 1 .
  2. Place assembly so each injector can be placed in a container. Energize fuel pump and inspect injectors tips for leaks.
  3. Slight dampness at tip of injector is acceptable. Replace any leaking injectors as necessary.
