Idle Adjustments
- Disconnect idle speed regulator wire connector. Attach Idle Speed Tester (Ele. AB.99) and Harness Adapter (Ele. CT.02) to idle speed regulator.
- Start engine. Push tester switch in extend position and then retract position. Engine speed should change if idle speed regulator is working.
- If engine idle speed does not change, remove regulator and watch if valve inside regulator port is working while cycling ISC tester. If not, replace idle speed regulator. See Fig 1 .
