Idle Speed Regulator

The idle speed regulator allows a controlled amount of air to enter engine during closed throttle conditions. Air is taken from the air cleaner and enters the engine behind the throttle plate.

Voltage is supplied through the B+ latch relay, while the ECU controls idle speed regulator ground path to open or close the valve.
